
Brilliant doctoral studies at the Institut Universitaire de Cardiologie et de Pneumologie de Québec in Canada, with an excellent track record in Canadian entrepreneurship, where he chairs Whittom & Associés Health Promotion Inc.
He collaborates on the National Manpower Strategy alongside Sam Hamad, Minister of Employment, and most recently, he is called upon to work alongside Sébastien Proulx, Minister of Education, Recreation and Sports and Minister responsible for the Gaspésie-Iles-de-la-Madeleine region. He forges his knowledge of major public projects in the three largest Quebec government departments in Canada.
For 20 years now, he has continued to work for the Philadelphia Flyers organization of the National Hockey League, the famous Hockey News magazine has devoted a major article to him. He collaborates on various innovative international projects.
He was awarded the Young Business Personality Award (2000) and Canada’s Top 100 Growth Companies (26th place).
